Ask for a walkthrough before starting

A walkthrough shows the actual landlord system used for your apartment. Discuss how your access is provided, what booking information is available and how to contact the team when you need clarification.

The calendar shown on our homepage is a design illustration, not a live account. Your real account and apartment arrangements are explained during onboarding.

Keep owner use connected to availability

Tell the team about the dates you wish to reserve for your own visits. These dates are agreed and blocked in advance around confirmed bookings.

Agree how far ahead to notify the team and what apartment preparation is covered before you return. Portal access does not replace the availability commitments in your management agreement.

Distinguish bookings from settlement

A booking update and a payment settlement describe different parts of the rental operation. Your agreement defines the payout schedule and payment arrangements.

An owner statement sets out rental activity, management fees, expenses and the amount due to the owner. Discuss expense approvals and records before starting so the reporting arrangement is clear.

Use the partner login for your account

The Log in link leads to the SriLankaX partner login. Existing partners use their own account there. Prospective owners can request a walkthrough or send apartment details to our team.

Do not share passwords in an apartment enquiry. Questions about onboarding or owner access can be discussed without sending account credentials.
