Record what you receive
Walk through each room with the handover documents. Photograph visible defects, missing items and the condition of finishes. Record the date and the contact responsible for following up. Ask the developer or your representative to acknowledge issues through their normal process.
A rental manager can coordinate readiness checks within an agreed scope. This does not replace a qualified inspection or establish that construction complies with technical requirements. Unresolved specialist concerns need the appropriate professional.
Test the complete stay
Check water, lights, air conditioning and the appliances you will advertise. Verify internet setup and visitor procedures. Record every physical key or digital access card, and check that the access method works for the intended arrival process.
Confirm what is currently available to guests. A facility shown in a sales brochure may have different opening arrangements or access conditions when your apartment is delivered.
Set a realistic launch date
Separate outstanding handover work from furnishing, cleaning and photography. Schedule each task and identify who approves its cost. Avoid accepting bookings while important dates or access arrangements are unresolved.
